Thank you for working with us to limit the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our Storage Facilities.

We are pleased to announce that from  5th January 2021 we will be operating the following opening hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday Reception Closed

Access for existing Easy Access Self Storage customers is unaffected.

Your Safety
At all times we will follow published advice from the Government and Public Health England. This means that we ask you to continue to take sensible precautions when you visit our facilities in line with official advice. Please observe signage around our facilities and note that;

  • All our storage rooms are drive up accessible, meaning no direct contact with others.
  • No lifts, busy loading areas or crowded corridors etc.
  • We have limited the number of team members on site at any one time to allow our teams to practice effective social distancing.
  • Our teams are available on site during our operating hours and can be contacted on the store telephone number 0161 431 5222
  • Continue to enter and exit via the main access areas
  • We have provided floor distance markings, Hand sanitiser station points and other washing facilities, face coverings and protective gloves for the health and welfare of our team members
  • We have installed appropriate COVID-19 customer signage around our Stores to remind our customers to observe social distancing at all times
  • Our reception doors are closed and a limited number of customers will be allowed into our reception area at any one time
  • We have intensified the daily cleaning levels of our storage facilities, especially in the most commonly touched points as PIN key pads etc

Storage and distribution is listed by the Government as one of the Businesses requested to remain open to support essential online and offline retail.

Our storage facilities are monitored externally outside opening hours to provide additional customer service and maintain security.

Prospective customers should they have the need, can reserve a Storage unit, complete move in documentation without needing to be present at our store. Other customers can complete the process in our reception when they move in.

All deliveries are also unaffected, secured and customers will be notified as normal and will be expected to collect them promptly.

The teams in our stores have worked extremely hard under difficult conditions to continue to provide the level of service you have come to expect of us. We are very proud of each and every member of the team and we thank our customers for the positive feedback we have had about the professionalism of our teams at this time.

We aim to limit any inconvenience to our customers; however, our main concern is the health and safety of our customers and team members whilst ensuring our stores remain open. We ask at this challenging time that you bear with us and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
